We are Soloway Roastery , a specialty coffee brand founded in Ukraine by Arthur and Iryna Yuzvik. Since 2016, we’ve been passionate about sourcing the finest coffee beans from around the world and roasting them with precision in our state-of-the-art facility. Over the years, we opened several cafés in Ukraine, and in 2024 Chicago welcomed our first US location, Soloway Coffee . By 2025, we expanded with Abrah Bakery & Daily Bistro and plan to grow even further.
