The BLT is a non-mobile food trailer in a permanent location at the Park and Ride lot in Brisbane and licensed only in San Mateo County. Therefore, we are unable to travel to cater like a standard food truck. We have a outdoor patio that is handicapped accessible and dog-friendly and can accommodate 35-40 guests comfortably. The patio can be reserved for special events with adequate notice and customized menus can be negotiated. For small catering events, we are available to consult with you to see if we can provide a menu suitable for your needs. We offer limited delivery, rental of service equipment, and either drop-off or in-person service. Brisbane Lunch Truck opened in November of 2019. The business is rooted in service. Service to our customers, the community, and service to the environment, with a goal of keeping our footprint as light as possible.
